RETURN POLICY

1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason.

2. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition in which you received them, with the original packaging.

3. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not salable.

4. Custom-made products cannot be returned.

5. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt (worldwide).

6. Returns are not free. You send the goods at your own expense.

7. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the items are faulty.

8. Please note that once an order has been placed, it can no longer be processed or canceled.

GET YOUR REFUND

  1. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. It can take up to 7 working days for your bank to credit your account. Refunds will be issued to PayPal or the original buyer’s credit card. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items are faulty.

HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN

1. Items should be unworn in their original packaging

2. Add the number of items returned in the “Quantity” column and return the reason in the “Reason” column on the return form that was included in your package with your invoice. If you don’t have it, you can download it here.

3. Please attach the pre-address label contained in your packaging to your parcel at your local post office when you order. Always keep a proof of purchase as we cannot guarantee a refund for lost packages without it.

4. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded

5. Returns will be credited to the payment method originally used
